Nuovo Port Macquarie
Nuovo Port Macquarie
Multi-Residential FF&E Design
Client Brief
This project involved the FF&E design of nine newly built apartments in Port Macquarie, including three distinct interior concepts and a cohesive alfresco scheme. Grounded in a coastal palette, each concept was developed to offer a unique tonal identity while maintaining a unified design language across the development. The intent was to create interiors that feel timeless, commercially considered, and broadly appealing. The scope included flooring, wall finishes, bathroom lighting, and joinery design. Material selections prioritised durability, longevity, and a refined, layered aesthetic suited to contemporary coastal living. Full documentation was provided to ensure a seamless transition from design through to construction.
Design Concepts
Quartz
A light, refined palette centred on natural stone, white joinery, and brushed nickel finishes — creating a bright, clean, and elevated interior.
Aquamarine
A coastal interpretation introducing soft blue tones, stainless steel finishes, and contrasting flooring for added depth and balance.
Granite
A richer, more dramatic scheme featuring bold stone, gunmetal hardware, and black appliances for a sleek, contemporary outcome.
Design Outcome
A cohesive yet varied collection of interiors, balancing individuality with consistency. The result is a resolved, market-ready development that delivers a refined interpretation of coastal living.
